If you're genuinely autistic, I believe you are much more likely to be emotionally moved by anime or visual novels (like Clannad or Neon Genesis Evangelion) than you could by plain prose.
Certain films might be able to do this too, but I believe Japanese animation, due to its characters' expressiveness, beautiful, music, and obvious, clear emotions, might be able to incite feelings in you a lot better than real life human beings' expressions could.
