How do you faggots read this guys crap? I've just tried reading 4 different books of his and had to stop. Fucking awful, how is this shite classed as literature? After seeing this trash, I will stick with things written prior to world war 2, or even the 20th century, thank you very much.

I don't really know how to fit this guy into 'literary history and its contradictions', but I read Gravity's Rainbow and it's basically how an ideal image of how imagination works when it's at its best.

So what is it that you don't like about it? I'm enjoying Gravity's Rainbow so far

I'm powering through GR to earn the full entitlement to say I hate it.

The twentieth century is very weak except for one or two philosophers and poets. You’re better off. Pynchon books are adult versions of those books like “Alice in Quantumland” designed to teach children physics.

It's way more than just physics, it's pure art that is so wide-ranging in its scope that it could be said to be an introductory guide to the world inside of everything

If you have that much trouble connecting with gear art then there is no hope for you, might be best to just off yourself.
