The form Overman, is the Perfect Chair that Plato theorizes could exist.
The Overman, is the perfect chair of Man.

But, the Overman was understood by N to be a thing of possibility, a promised eventuality even. He understood it to be promised because it was an absolute form of Man, he realized it couldn't of been in the past of humans history because Mans society constantly decayed, with the perfect man this was no longer possible. The Overman, a thing of mans future.

So in order for the Overman to become a thing, Man to had to completely subvert their will to Gods. His will to power? He got it right, but he understood it wrong.
Will to power means Connecting Mans Will to God. But you can only do this while being Christian.
Since God is the ultimate judge, he can judge the form (formulation) of Man.
