What are the best American Civil War books? The most historically accurate ones. Can be about the struggles of common soldiers, or the history behind the whole war.

Anyone read Cornwell's Civil War novels? I've read all the Sharpe's Rifles (Wellington's Iberian campaign) series and thought them exceptionally well done.

My college professor wrote a book called , "A Badger Boy in Blue," which is the diary of a Union soldier. It's a good book. I recommend it.
