I've finished with Plato's republic and was wondering if I want to read more of his work is there some recommended order in which I should read his work ?

There are some dialogues in the Complete Works which scholars agree probably weren't written by Plato. Do those matter at all when studying Plato and those who responded to his philosophy? Can they be safely skipped?
