sci-hub has all the stolen academic papers you could ever want, but it's not big on books. You need the DOI for the document you want, which you can find by searching on Jstor
Scribd has a great selection of academic books and weird papers from unusual sources. You can get a one-month free trial and binge-download a year's worth of reading in that time.
