That's not the shock chair thing. It's just a series of little zaps they do to your cranium that has been known to help with Major Depression, at the cost of often severe memory issues that can make you forget years of your life. Usually if it works you need to take another medicine to maintain the benefits and go back for more procedures when it starts to wear off. Kinda sucks but it's really no worse than the other strong ADs he took.
