Personally I find it a little difficult to accept having a child in my current situation because I know there is nothing I can do to protect them. I don't want to spend all that time and effort into an emotional investment just to see it ripped away again and again and again and again and again with no fucking say whatsoever to whether they are born or die. It's so horrible I do not even know how the fucking fathom it. I am scared out of my fucking mind that I would never be able to protect a little tyke. That does not mean I want to kill it to make it go away. That means I require the ability to not go apeshit when predators are surrounding it or it heads off on it's own and comes back mangled and barely breathing!
