Very moving book about a guy who lives alone in a comfy existence with birds as his only friends then goes off on his own to a bunch of rocks in the ocean to salvage a ship
If you don't mind Hugo's constant asides into the history of random shit (I liked it, it sounded like an older relative rambling about things) it's very motivating
