Here's the deal with Slavoj, he's got about three or so really great books, and then the rest of his stuff is just more or less him reiterating the same shit over and over. Pic related is considered his best work by many, and is probably a good place to start. I'm quite a big fan of In Defence of Lost Causes too, which is worth a read if you're interested in a defence/re-assessment of the Jacobins, Mao, revolutionary violence, etc., 'authoritarianism' in general.
