It hasn't been said in this thread yet but tbqh just study eastern philosophy in depth, read a bunch of primary texts Daoism/Tantra/Vedanta/Sufism etc as well as Guenon, Coomaraswamy, Evola and so on. The insights from the different eastern religions teach you how to be fearless because once you reach a certain stage you just perceive everyone and everything as Dao/Brahman/God/etc. It takes concentration but it's quite possible to feel like you are floating around in a ocean of bliss without a trace of anxiety or self-consciousness. Talking to girls in this state of mind comes effortlessly and it usually gives you way better body language in terms of being relaxed, posture, eye contact etc.
