Get Jewish literacy by Joseph Telushkin. This is literally a guide to being a Jew. Pretty much what you are asking for. It's not a small guide either, I think it has 800 pages or something. But most of it is pretty much common knowledge among Jews. It's about their sacred texts, their beliefs, their customs, their character and so on. Read this and you will never make a fool out of yourself when meeting her parents.

Also interesting is the Jewish Study Bible (Second Edition) by Adele Berlin and Marc Zvi Brettler (don't get the messianic work with the same title)

You might think, yeah, I kind of know already what's in the bible. But these commentaries really provide you with the Jewish perspective on the bible in a concise manner. This is what you read to impress her with your deep understanding of the faith. I mean, if she cares about such stuff.

I don't think you need to worry about coming across as an "uneducated Gentile cuck." I've known Jews all my life -- pretty much all the women in my family have been Shiksa temptresses at one point or another -- and I've never met nor heard of a single Jewish person who judged gentiles like that.

In fact, I would recommend NOT doing any research. Preparing to woo someone by studying their culture might actually come across as kind of weird. Like... I dunno... it's not like she'd see you as an anti-semite or anything. But she might get the sense that you see her as a Jew first, and a girl second. I doubt she'd like that.

It'd be kind of like researching anime before dating a Japanese person. Or studying up on rap music before going out with someone who's black.

What I'd recommend is: figure out what SHE'S into. Learn about HER, not her culture.

In terms of HOW to talk to her, I'm not sure I can help. Honestly, this website is one of the worst places you could have gone to for love advice. Learn what she thinks about it. What her opinions are. Maybe share some opinions of your own. After that, steer the conversation towards the subject of books. Learn what she likes to read, and then when you get home, look that stuff up .

That's what I'd recommend, anyway. Starting with her culture is probably a bad strategy. You shouldn't worry about that unless you try to marry her, and need to impress her parents or something. For now, just learn about what she likes.
