Does /lit/ you read one book at a time or Multiple books? Which way do you think is better?

Almost always just one book at a time. I find that it's better to focus on one thing rather than flipping around all over the place.

One at a time. Good books are dense so they require all your attention. On the flipside I can watch like 10 anime concurrently because they're so simple.

Usually three

I don't read three dense works that require daily attention at once though, usually one takes higher priority than the others.

I usually can't read 80 pages of one book a day but I can definitely read 20 pages each of four books.

If it's a serious work of literature, one at a time. If I'm reading trash, 2 or 3.

Uni forces me to read a huge ton of texts at the same time

For fiction, one at a time. If i need a distraction, i try to read a short story. That's the way i completed lots of compilations throughout the years.
