It depends how often and for how long you were reading it over those 7 months. If you were reading it for an hour a day every day, then that'd be bizarrely slow reading, but if you only actually sat down to read one or two chapters every couple of weeks then it makes sense, and your issue would be one of not making time to read.

This. It's fucking dull and BEE is a hack. I get that it 'was meant to be boring and mundane for narrative reasons' but that doesn't make it good

3 months here. I've been putting it on an off. I'm sure I'll finish it this month.

Some of the descriptions go on for too long, like with the CDs and that one singer. I get it, he's a psycho.

Book seems to be better than the movie. I picture Bale int he roll though.
