It's hard to compare them because they focus on such different topics. The most immediate connection that comes to mind is that Deleuze seems to have been a Spinozian and that Spinoza's ideas (although different in keys ways and despite that Guenon shat on him) are similar to some of the eastern conceptions which feature a lot in Guenon's writings.
