Redditor here, I just occasionally browse /lit/ for the memes but r/literature is far better and anyone who says otherwise is deluded. On reddit you actually have someone curating the discussion so all the low-quality posts are hidden. The average top post on reddit is far better than 99% of the posts on /lit/. I get that it's edgy and cool to hate reddit but honestly it's true.
