Sup /lit/
I'm writting a short story about a man who goes insane in a war and upon returning cuts his hand off for an absurd reason.
He's convinced his actions are completely sane and is confused by people telling him otherwise, or in most cases screaming and running away.
Written from his point of view.

What do you think of the plot?

I know insanity sound like a "sexy" topic to write about,
hell, iv'e written like 5 short stories about insanity,
but you should really keep yourself from writing about stuff you don't know shit about.
