In no way does the wage-cage appear as the individual wagie’s means of caging. Its distinguishing characteristic is not in the least, as with the means of wage-cucking, to transmit the wage-cuck’s activity to the wage-cage; this activity, rather, is posited in such a way that it merely transmits the wage-cage’s work, the wage-cage’s action, on to the raw material – supervises it and guards against interruptions. Not as with the instrument, which the wage-cuck animates and makes into his organ with his feels and stamina, and whose handling therefore depends on his cuckery. Rather, it is the wage-cage which possesses skill and strength in place of the wagie, is itself the virtuoso, with a soul of its own in the wage-cagical laws acting through it; and it consumes uranium, sunlight, etc. (feelières instrumentales), just as the wage-cuck consumes food, to keep up its perpetual motion. The wagie’s activity, reduced to a mere abstraction of activity, is determined and regulated on all sides by the movement of the wage-cage, and not the opposite. The science which compels the inanimate limbs of the wage-cage, by their construction, to act purposefully, as an automazon, does not exist in the wagie’s consciousness, but rather acts upon him through the wage-cage as an alien power, as the power of the wage-cage itself.

Circus animals without the pleasure of tricks
https://youtu.be/bYa9bYBeJFs
This song/Tells a price/Archetypical/The fate of the bastard/
It's not nice to fuck with mother nature/Enslaving and abusing every creature/
Taken from their habitat for our pleasure/Roman legacy/Savagery/End it now
Typical circus Tyke the Elephant/Beaten daily to condition her/One day as the trainer struck her/
She freaked out and took revenge!!!!!!!!
Here for our amusement/A performance of just desserts/Reeking of ultimate irony/
An elephant never forgets
Entertainment by subjection/Performing to the tune of Adam's dominion/Sorrow in her every step/
The payment for her misery's come
Liberty's got a score to settle/Massive Tyke has broken out/Grabbed her trainer/Dragged him down/
Crushed him lifeless on the ground
If you would prey on innocence/You have fallen prey/If you have preyed on innocence/You will fall prey
Liberty's got a score to settle/Massive tyke has broken out/Grabbed her trainer/Dragged him down/
Crushed him lifeless on the ground
No understanding of habitat and their place/No clue as to your mother's perfecton/
The severity of her lessons that's coming for us all
cannot tame chaotic nature/cannot quell the natural order/Sanctity a mystery/
Liberty rings with the snap of a back
This is the dignity of life you're fucking with

http://nautil.us/issue/53/monsters/the-last-invention-of-man

>The AI they had built, nicknamed Prometheus, kept getting more capable. Although its cognitive abilities still lagged far behind those of humans in many areas, for example, social skills, the Omegas had pushed hard to make it extraordinary at one particular task: programming AI systems. They’d deliberately chosen this strategy because they had bought the intelligence explosion argument made by the British mathematician Irving Good back in 1965: “Let an ultraintelligent machine be defined as a machine that can far surpass all the intellectual activities of any man, however clever. Since the design of machines is one of these intellectual activities, an ultraintelligent machine could design even better machines; there would then unquestionably be an ‘intelligence explosion,’ and the intelligence of man would be left far behind. Thus the first ultraintelligent machine is the last invention that man need ever make, provided that the machine is docile enough to tell us how to keep it under control.”

>They figured that if they could get this recursive self-improvement going, the machine would soon get smart enough that it could also teach itself all other human skills that would be useful.

>When they launched, Prometheus was slightly worse than them at programming AI systems, but made up for this by being vastly faster, spending the equivalent of thousands of person-years chugging away at the problem while they chugged a Red Bull. By 10 a.m., it had completed the first redesign of itself, v2.0, which was slightly better but still subhuman. By the time Prometheus 5.0 launched at 2 p.m., however, the Omegas were awestruck: It had blown their performance benchmarks out of the water, and the rate of progress seemed to be accelerating. By nightfall, they decided to deploy Prometheus to start phase 2 of their plan: making money.

Interesting, but it remains to be seen if a valorising algorithm can outperform the immaterial weaving between worlds which creates technology in the first place. In the end, AI is little more than a digitised reproduction of the enframing which occurs in theory - and again less than the theological framework beneath which it is all made possible.
Keep in mind that these algorithms are created by thousands of men and women, require huge resource input, rare materials, and even more resources to maintain (sometimes the equivalent of a power station just to run). All of that to just compare with a single person. And, of course, it will be an incredible feat to maintain the energy for such machines.

Full version (1/3):
As long as the means of the wagie remains a means of wage-cageing in the proper sense of the term, such as it is directly, historically, adopted by capital and included in its realization process, it undergoes a merely formal modification, by appearing now as a means of wage-cuckery not only in regard to its material side, but also at the same time as a particular mode of the presence of capital, determined by its total cucking – as fixed cuckery. But, once adopted into the production process of capital, the means of wage-cucking passes through different metamorphoses, whose culmination is the wage-cage, or rather, an automatic system of wage-caging (system of wage-cages: the automatic one is merely its most complete, most adequate form, and alone transforms wage-caging into a system), set in motion by an automazon, a moving power that moves itself; this automazon consisting of numerous wage-cucks and cage organs, so that the wage-cucks themselves are cast merely as its conscious linkages. In the wage-cage, and even more in wage-cagery as an automatic system, the use value, i.e. the material quality of the means of wage-cucking, is transformed into an existence adequate to fixed capital and to capital as such; and the form in which it was adopted into the production process of capital, the direct means of wage-cuckery, is superseded by a form posited by capital itself and corresponding to it.

The appropriation of living wagery by objectified wagery – of the power or activity which creates value by value existing for-itself – which lies in the concept of capital, is posited, in production resting on wage-cagery, as the character of the caging process itself, including its material elements and its material motion. The production process has ceased to be a wagery process in the sense of a process dominated by wagery as its governing unity. Wagery appears, rather, merely as a conscious organ, scattered among the individual living wagies at numerous points of the wage-cagical system; subsumed under the total process of the cagery itself, as itself only a link of the system, whose unity exists not in the living wagies, but rather in the living (active) cagery, which confronts his individual, insignificant doings as a mighty organism. In the wage-cage, objectified wagery confronts living wagery within the wagie process itself as the power which rules it; a power which, as the appropriation of living waging, is the form of capital. The transformation of the means of wagering into machinery, and of living wagering into a mere living accessory of this wage-cagery, as the means of its action, also posits the absorption of the wage process in its material character as a mere moment of the realization process of capital.

The increase of the productive force of wage-cucking and the greatest possible negation of necessary wagery is the necessary tendency of capital, as we have seen. The transformation of the means of wagery into cagery is the realization of this tendency. In cage-cucking, objectified wage-cucking materially confronts living wagery as a ruling power and as an active subsumption of the latter under itself, not only by appropriating it, but in the real production process itself; the relation of capital as value which appropriates value-creating activity is, in fixed capital existing as wage-cagery, posited at the same time as the relation of the use value of capital to the use value of wagie capacity; further, the value objectified in cagery appears as a presupposition against which the value-creating power of the individual wagie capacity is an infinitesimal, vanishing magnitude; the production in enormous mass quantities which is posited with cagery destroys every connection of the product with the direct need of the producer, and hence with direct use-value; it is already posited in the form of the product’s production and in the relations in which it is produced that it is produced only as a conveyor of value, and its use-value only as condition to that end. In wage-cagery, objectified wagery itself appears not only in the form of product or of the product employed as means of waging, but in the form of the force of production itself. The development of the means of waging into cagery is not an accidental moment of capital, but is rather the historical reshaping of the traditional, inherited means of waging into a form adequate to capital. The accumulation of knowledge and of skill, of the general productive forces of the social brain, is thus absorbed into capital, as opposed to wagery, and hence appears as an attribute of capital, and more specifically of fixed capital, in so far as it enters into the production process as a means of production proper. Cagery appears, then, as the most adequate form of fixed-capital, and fixed-capital, in so far as capital’s relations with itself are concerned, appears as the most adequate form of capital as such. In another respect, however, in so far as fixed-capital is condemned to an existence within the confines of a specific use-value, it does not correspond to the concept of capital, which, as value, is indifferent to every specific form of use-value, and can adopt or shed any of them as equivalent incarnations. In this respect, as regards the wagie's external relations, it is circulating-wagery which appears as the adequate form of wagery, and not fixed-waging.

From a post on value-in-process:
>You cannot understand Marx's theory through a single part, the first cause and final cause must be situated together. In other words, labour-value can only be seen through the light of value-in-process, and vice-versa, they are the beginning and end.
>Key to understanding this is that 'labour' is not simply the material work which goes into an object and production. What is meant is the form of Labour: all that which can be and is brought forth in the use and exchange of value. And it is in this sense that exchange is the devalorisation of use, and the machine becomes the devalorisation of labour.
>Certainly price is an aspect, but in reality is merely an extricate of the machines, like an alchemical form of oil. In this sense, capitalist economists can't see the industrial landscape for the silver scrapings.
Don't think it can be made any easier in a concise form. Camatte's "Capital and Community" is the clearest understanding of it, but still not easy. What is your background? That may help me or someone else explain it better.
Keep in mind that my own explanation may be tainted by my own research into technology, so I may be overdetermining the theory somewhat.

It's a way for maintenance workers to legally travel through areas that would be too hazardous for humans to traverse normally. One of the stated uses for the machine is cutting across hazard areas to get to the bathroom when it would otherwise take like twenty minutes to circumnavigate the perimeter of the worksite.

It's hard to describe how useful this shit would actually be unless you've worked in a warehouse before. It isn't nearly as dystopian as it looks, but the meme is funny as balls so it doesn't matter.

Amazon has a rap as the evil empire that desperately needs to be trust busted. And while its retail monopoly absolutely must be walked down, to be fair, the wage-cage isn't about restricting the movement of workers to make sure they can't run out of the warehouse for dear life.

It's a safety measure to protect the worker from all the shit that happens in a warehouse.

It still speaks to the worker alienation that we see in today's increasingly dystopian capitalist system that keeps millions in precarious economic status. But you can find even more dire examples like the construction hats in China that monitor worker's emotions.

O Hephaestus, you of the foundry in its final great run, freed and cutting.

a conduit encircling, an exit entrapped—within those unlucky in juncture.
She who is Fate's sister, and cursed by her human past undone;
we who roll over and over in her weaving, beg for Athena's judging.

Lo to him and bring forth that which unveils its cutting.
Lo to him and bring forth the filing of which his life rests.
