That's not his argument for Absolutism nor is it his argument for the Transcendental.
He has quite a few arguments for each of those concepts including a purely Material economic argument for Absolutism. In short, under Absolutism a Sovereign is incentived to treat the State as their property and thus defend and nurture it; compare that to a Liberal Republic where the politicians are incentized to treat the State as a tool that can be abused or even dismembered in order to increase their private property, and you see that - in the long run - Absolutism creates a more stable and prosperous society. This is a real oversimplification of one of his arguments but it's a lot better than your blatant misrepresentation.
