I read a collection of essays by Weil today. The first time I read something by her.
Why did she hate jew culture so much? (Pensées sans ordre
concernant
l’amour de Dieu : Israël et les Gentils") and was she right about Christianity being somehow a "platonic religion" or it's just bullshit?

How is this even a question? The development of Christianity is deeply intertwined with (neo)platonism since the religion's incipient phase. Look up Justin Martyr. Or just read the Gospel of John.
