Same here desu; I love Kafka's presentation of the world K lives in, and the theme's of the book are all great, but the prose really is boring and uninteresting (took me several months to get the ough this relatively short book because of this), but maybe this just helps contribute to the sense of tediousness Kafka's presenting us with. If that's the case, which I'm inclined to think it is, then I really can't fault the writer.
