Please help me find a book which I read a while back.
I cannot remember the title, but I do remember the cover
as far as I know:
The cover is blue, it has a devil dog on it. the dog is cartoon-like, resembling Courage the Cowardly dog, not a realistic dog. It's about the dog on the cover, and it has a nonsense name, like "Grubo" or something like that. Thank you

The story opens on a farm where the dog is pampered by the owners, whom are dwarves. They are kidnapped by ogres or something and that's as far as I read.
