does /lit/ hate dan brown?

>> No.1162864

Yep.

>> No.1162877

chapters, hundreds of them

>> No.1162882

Would /lit/ hate him even if he wasn't that popular?

>> No.1162886

Dan Brown isn't THAT bad... Angels and demons isn't a bad book and neither is the movie... But of course, you can only pick one of his books to read, because after read one, in the moment you get another you'll figure out the whole plot right in the beggining.

If he wasn't popular we wouldn't be aware of his existence in order to hate him...

>> No.1162900

he reminds me of Micheal Crichton, where his books are more a medium to present his interesting research in a way that is more engaging then a text book, then it is an honest attempt at story telling

>> No.1162907

long time ago i've read some shit of his. Something about national firewall and everchanging fake virus. I loled when in finale he described a world-wide hack attack as a bunch of spermatozoans trying to break through ovum

>Brown
>Chrichton
>research

I don't think so, Tim.

>> No.1162916

Dan Brown is such a shitty writer that he would be hated even if he was never born.

lol you dumb fuck, many Crichton novels have more of a bibliography then research journals

That would be Digital Fortress. That book is absolutely hilarious if you know even the slightest thing about computer science.
