hi guys i am an adult with ADHD and possibly undiagnosed mild autism. what books will help me cure or at least relieve my ADHD?

i can concentrate on books just fine so i'm not looking for books that are easy to concentrate on but just books that will help me learn to hold my attention or just a book with ADHD/autistic characters.
