There is though, take care of your body in every way possible e.g. vitamins/minerals, regular exercise, and taking adaptogenic herbs.
My mental capacity and memory have increased significantly ever since I started doing that. Learning languages and programming got a lot easier.

Read all the books from lits top 100, just pick which one sounds the most interesting and don't drop it until the final page. Make sure to not be easily swayed by the moral s and ideas sometimes being superimposed onto you, take the meaning of the book with a grain of salt and re-read any chapter/book that you scimmed over or didn't make sense
