I mostly read at work as well. What stance I take largely depends on what I have around me. Sometimes I find something I can sit on and read somewhat hunched over or just squat or wall sit if I feel like working my legs. I read on my phone so its not that hard to find a place or position to read.

My eye is really bad, I can only read if the book is 10 cm in front of my eye, so it's either extreme hunch on a desk for me or holding the book in front of my face on a chair, sometimes laying on stomach or even crosslegged hunch with the book on the ground.
