In the middle of Claw of the Conciliator right now. Yeah, I love this series so far.

I dunno why there's so much mystic around the series. Anons will tell you there's SO DEEP meaning in the narrartor's various digressions, boasts of perfect memory, lapses in time or omissions of detail and in short: they'll tell you he's an unreliable narrator.

I think the plot is straightforward enough that it's plenty comprehensible while I assume he's a straight semi-reliable narrator. Very interesting world he inhabits, though. It's far enough in the future with enough hinted history that it's fun to think about the hints dropped so far.
