It's probably very high. Seems higher than JP, or at least him being well read makes it seem so.
Sometimes I think Zizek is a tragic figure. He wants to interact with normies, because he's human after all, but normies are so stupid that it's frustrating.

He would hate you for thinking this. Also, I have it on extremely good authority that he's a closet homosexual or bisexual or whatever.

It's imperative we set aside differences of opinion when considering this question. First of all we need to establish Peterson's IQ. I've spent a lot of time listening to his lectures and reading his books, and have concluded his IQ is roughly speaking 120. Now I know to some of you this seems low but if you're curious I could explain my methodology later. I will say this: I'm over 90% sure his IQ is under 130.

I used the same methodology to determine Zizek's IQ and despite agreeing with Peterson on more issues I was surprised by my own conclusion: Zizek's IQ is roughly 160.

>He would hate you for thinking this.
Because it's true? He obviously likes to entertain normies, that's why he's doing all those casual talks with pop culture references.
And he said himself that stupid people annoy him, that he's a misanthrope.

You're forgetting that he's an accomplished professor that has built on his intellectual work for decades. You need a modicum more intelligence for that than you're giving him.

He's above average for sure, but not 140 or something. I think 120 is a fair estimate.
He can be very articulate, but he also has very weak moments, like

Can you imagine Zizek stumbling around like that?
Of course, it's not just IQ but also poor philosophical education perhaps.

>He's above average for sure
Above average is still mediocre. Peterson's lack of serious intelligence makes him incapable of actually achieving anything of his own doing. His job is to be a cog in the science of psychology, to run and analyse tests on human subjects, not to be a philosopher. He's a rogue cog that has deluded himself, probably because he's a narcissist desu, into thinking that in his aged wisdom he has become one of the greatest thinkers of the day.

He's only 'important' because he represents a social movement. He's the embodiment that a bunch of fat alt-right NEETs have rallied around - literally functioning passively as a sublime object (if my understanding of Zizek is correct).

What bothered me the most is his clumsiness with the concept of belief (which he stumbles around with "different kinds of truths"). This is something he would have handled more elegantly if he studied college level philosophy.

Funnily enough, Zizek could help him articulate that, he had some nice talks about it

Nope. He mentions himself that 115 and above will allow you to do any job. 125 will allow you to do something genius. Rest is work ethic, of which he as an abundance.

This isn't a put down of him, if anything, it is laudatory. IQ is genetic, and hundreds of thousands of well above average IQ's are wasted because they belong to fat useless faggots who are "smart but lazy" and believe they'll never have to work hard to achieve their intellectual goals because their high school teacher told them they were gifted. Work ethic of the kind possessed by Peterson is the real rarity, and something mostly non-genetic that he can actually be credited for.
