How to work 100 hours a week? I have a vacation from work and I want to write, I'm thinking about 1000 words per hour so that at the end of the week I will have 100.000 words. What to do? When to take rest? I can concentrate for long periods of time, but just to know how to do it in one week.

5 minute breaks every 30-60 minutes, every 4th time of this cycle take a 30 minute break to eat or whatever. You want to do your best to stay motivated and focused. Break down your goals into manageable tasks. Bite sized pieces so you can get them done in these work periods and feel motivated enough to keep going. You want to avoid exhaustion. That feeling when your eyes start to gloss over and you can't focus on anything.

your performance will degrade quickly the longer you work. only stay at it if you're suddenly on a roll. better to wake up early and write until noon, rest, then revise in the evening. your best ideas will come while you're working regardless

Re you going to write with feces on toilet paper too? Because your work will be total shit either way.
