>implying it is enough to escape

you have assimilated the modern world when you adapted to it, and will carry it within you wherever you go. no matter how far.

the real forest is in the unknown part of your mind, and it is only after you explore it and let it influence you, that you will be able to see and get in touch with a real forest.

that inner exploration cant be done away from your usual world, for it requires, not new experiences or places, but new ways to experience the same old places.

dont get e wrong,it is great that people do that cabin stuff, but thats just a rearrangement of the same instead of something new. if thats your dream fine, but personally, instead of making my dreams come true, i prefer to realize how dreams and reality are not really different.

well yeah, just like a regular scanner. it basically takes a picture of a flat surface, for instance the page of a book, and stores it into a sd card. and as books are only black/white you dont even need high def.

i also had my doubts but decided to give it a try and it was the best thing ever, i have a huge library in my pc and its cost was only the library fee subscription, plus some chep chinese scanner from ebay.

heres a sample, after a contrast modification to make it mode readable on screen.

>why the fuck books cost so much

The nearest used bookstore to me is run by a charity and all books are donated. The store is enormous. They sell nearly all of their paperbacks for 50p ($0.66). And most of their hardbacks at 3 for £5 (3 for $6.61) They have 5 long isles full of classics and pretty big sections for every genre.

I go once a month with £20 and usually buy 3 hardbacks and 30 paperbacks.

Consumerist shits. I torrent epubs and read them on my phone. If I can't find it to download only then I will buy it.

Same words. Same books. Same everything.

Wow. The only thing is that I don't have a way to really show the rest of the consumerist retards on /lit/ my booktuber-tier collections. It's a real travesty.
