Boards like pol got me into alt-right, reading people like Evola and Plato, etc...somehow I lucked out and recently found myself a caring qt, and ironically, the Vice articles were right-once I started getting laid and experimenting with new sexual attitudes, I've realized how harmful my political views were.

Not sure what books address this or at least establish that sort of left wing mindset. Girl reads HP but obviousy that's not enough haha.

When I read Proust I feel like I get to look at things beyond how my ego change them. Is not really about politics, but I find it valueable as an empathy exercise, which is something that can affect your soul, that which works as a base for your other notions of the things you look at in life.
It also wouldnt hurt to read some Marx so you see the actual solid approach to capitalist society the left used to have until SJW type shit started ruining it.
