I do alot of delivering to do as part of my job. I listen to audiobooks most of the time and was wondering what /lit/ could suggest.

I like crime thrillers but I'm open to pretty much anything

Its about a community in Alaska in the mid to late 21st century that is comprised of a devout Hewbrew community. The book follows the exploits of a cynical police detective, lax in observing the laws of his religion, and plagued by alcoholism and a messy divorce.

The book is by Michael Chabon, one of my favorite authors, and provides a unique insight into one of North America's overlooked minority groups (or at least, they were at the time).

Of course, as with any good novel, not everything is as it seems.

the "A Song of Ice and Fire" audiobooks are well read and tell a good story. They'll last you for days, too, due to the length of the books and the series itself.

If you haven't read it look forward to shit like in my picture.

People squabble over a kingdom while an army of ice demons who turn people into zombies are held back by an army of prisoners.

Also there's this guy. He killed a king and fucks his sister.

I haven't told you anything you don't find out in the first few chapters.
There's much much much more to it than that, but that's the overview.
