Mary Shelley wrote the loner and outsider Frankenstein monster. Clarice Lispector's whole work is filled with great images on being an outsider. Hora da Estrela for example. Even Jane Austen with her prototype soup opera, since it's all about that tight society, has that subject implicit. Marjane Sartrapi's comics more recently. Virginia Woolf, Emily Dickinson, etc

I would rather argue that their loneliness is usually a unique one, which is usually related to the fact that acting feminine leads to people not taking you seriously and therefore discarding you as a worthwhile personallity, which can make you feel isolated despite being surrounded by people. Calling it loneliness is bound to trigger someone who is actually living through complete isolation, but monopolizing suffering is one of the oldest human sports I guess.
I cant really blame either side and imo. the only winning move is for everyone to accept that shit could be worse no matter where you stand and instead of being mad at the one who trivializes your suffering by covering himself with the same blanket just laugh at him because he chose to overblow a trivial issue to comical degrees while you manage to shrug off an actuall problem.

No they don't. There are plenty of stuff about men's issues, including suicide or how men are less likely to open up about mental issues, or how they are more childish than ever. In fact, you'll often find about this in books on diversity, panels about it and so on.

The fact is that you don't look for them and all you receive is the thing you hate the most popping up on your threads and timelines.

If those were an actual problem to you, you'd look for the many groups about men's mental health and see that they don't feel like a forgotten subject, at least not by the new pro-diversity people, more so from conservatives who thinks they are pussies for complaining (which they kind of are, that is my position anyway :) )
