Been years since I delved into it, but yes, it is comprehensive and a white nationalist work. I don't remember what he said specifically about Russia, but during that time Russia was still ruled by murderous jewish bolsheviks and Yockey was aware of that so I'm not sure why he would have come to such a conclusion.

What are you talking about? He wrote this after Stalin had purged most of the old revolutionary Jews. He traveled to Czechoslovakia and witnessed the Prague trials which led him to the conclusion that the Soviets had completely separated from Jewry.

There were tons of jews still in power after those purges, but I was saying it seems strange that he would conclude that Russia was the last bastion of the west in the midst of that. Not saying he didn't but I don't recall the details and am not sure what the reasoning would be.

He didn't say Russia was the last bastion of the west. He simply said it would be better for Western European fascists to ally with the Soviet Union, as they resembled hierarchical values more than the United States did.

Have you read Man and Technics? I'm going to finish it today, it's a fairly short book (only 77 pages), and it seems like a much better introduction to Spengler than jumping right into the decline of the west.

Do you know anyone that puts out a good quality non-abridged translation though? I took out a pretty old hardcover from my University library a few months ago, but I didn't get very far before I realized I needed to do a bit more preliminary reading to make sense of it. Man and Technics is much more accessible for people who may not be as well versed in late 19th century and early 20th century history/culture.

i have and it's good. but imho you really don't need an introduction to spengler, decline isn't jargon-heavy or anything. you can pretty much just settle in and enjoy Maximum Teuton for a while without much other prior reading.

Black people do on average have a lower IQ. Individual could end up really anywhere on the bell curve, but if you take a large population and aggregate them, their behavior is going to be more in line with their mean IQ, which is a standard deviation below whites.
