I'd have to say 12 Rules For Life, by Dr. Jordan B. Peterson.

The plot elements and technology mentioned in this book are all coming to the world with the exception of the vast nanotechnology. Jesus christ, is Stephenson secretly a time traveler?

Snow Crash was fucking great
Kinda a rushed ending but Damn classic book
I wouldn't say you need a high iq at all for it to be a favorite, it's not especially cerebral nor does it try to be
It plays with some somewhat abstract concepts but it's not rocket science
Its just a great book

For me, it's Infinite Jest. Intelligent, nihilistic, and with a wicked sense of humor.
