Christian Science is the most shit-tier Christian denomination that I can think of. Worse than Pentacostalism really. Read Mark Twain's Christian Science essay first, then read it only if you still want to waste time.

I believe in God,but I donn't identify with mainstream Christian denominations.
I was baptized in Orthodoxy, but I'm not particularly fond of what I precieve idolatry through icons.
The idea of having a Pope guiding your faith seems ridiculous to me as well.
Generally speaking, I'm against "material Christianity", and the idea of transcending everything to have an internal, personal relationship with God seems neat.
What denomination should I look into?
