Not seeking help, it's just I realized the rage/frustration I've started feeling at my flatlined emotions is a rather curious experience, and was wondering if there were any notable literary analogues.

Not characters who get filled with despair at emotional downturns in life, but turn to seething rage and frustration that they don't know what to do with.

Recommendations?
