I'm in the same area and would just work out less, ~20hr/wk is a fairly insane commitment to fitness. It's not really sustainable unless you're working few hours.

Pushups of course.

Do crunches, not sit-ups. Situps are awful for your back. Crunches aren't even good for you but they're less bad for you than situps and largely equivalent.

A pullup bar is probably the best investment you can make for a home gym in terms of cost-effectiveness and usefulness.

There is no real way to train legs effectively at home though without a decent gym setup. You have to do stuff like pistol squats to get meaningful resistance and it doesn't work that well. So you will eventually need to go to the gym.

Part of me wants to tell you to just stop being a pussy and go to the gym while skinny.

Except I live in an area where every fucking inch of sqftage costs a bazillion dollars. It's not the cost of the equipment that turns me off so much as the need to pay a higher rent to fit all the gym equipment in my house, in the long term that's actually the greater cost.

At the same time I'm eligible for neetbux subsidies that allow me to visit the horrible municipal gym for free. I also find it nice to get out of the house and actually interact with other people. I have to wait for equipment, but again, I simply see that as time to read and I get a huge amount of my overall reading done at the gym.

Yes genuinely, Vancouver is next to ocean and a very short distance from some mountains for hiking/skiing/snowboarding/climbing etc. A large reason why people live in the area is BECAUSE they're into outdoor sports.

The average person is still a skinnyfat hipster but Vancouver is an unusually active place nevertheless.

I'm currently working on cleaning up the plain text of this book I ripped from a shitty scanned pdf.

I'm finding it very simple and straightforward, but his brilliance is evident in every passage. Right at the beginning:
>He varied his exercises to avoid boredom.
Fuck, this is so obvious. In retrospect, so many times before I've started doing some kind of exercise intensively after one of those "enough!!!" moments.. Only to give up some weeks later. I always had some fucking excuse, but really, this is the culprit, right here. Doing the same shit everyday gets to be mind-crushingly boring.

As of now I read finance textbooks and I'm one of the faggots posting in the Ted thread.

Routine is full bodyweight, I'm aiming for false grip muscle up right now as I can't seem to get the regular one without swinging like a mofo and getting my body parallel to the ground before hunching and dipping.

Next step is one hand push up and then L-sit to handstand, I find that move to fucking cool. I already have the pistol squat down with proper form.

Being able to control your body through space sound so attractive to me.
