Hey /lit/, how do you lead a fulfilling life?

>> No.11299682

I was reading Seneca yesterday. He said that superfluous activities and liberal studies should only compliment your focused passions

so to lead a fulfilling life, don't half-ass things, if you like reading get passionate about it. If you like switching video and audio mixing like what I do when I volunteer at church, I should, but currently not, get passionate about it, and lead a fulfilling life

By working towards a certain long-term goal. This can be having a family, getting a certain position at a company/organization, or discovering/creating something new. It could even be plain stability. Let your short-term goals make you get closer to achieving your long-term goal.

He never told me how thought.

That's not something another can truly answer.

Follow your pain to its maximum extent. We are lemons that are squeezed by nature to extract our "juice," i.e. what is greatest about us. Human beings exist because of pressure. Don't flee from the demons, open the door and shut it behind you, confront everything bad immediately. It is not about conquering the outside, but the inside.
Also words are overrated. That which is unintelligent is not necessarily what is intelligent.
