What am I in for?
Does this require any prior reading, akin to first reading the Bible, the Greeks and some Shakespeare before reading Moby Dick; or the Whale? Or am I good to go as is?

It's structured like a conventional novel, but is much longer and slower. Once you get used to the pace it's very readable
