It's not that rare to be honest. Urbanomic just don't print as many copies as a big publisher would and in between printings they take time out to correct things.
This printing still has new corrections that were botched in the previous four printings, and all the Collapse journals have constantly had errata sheets slotted in them over the years. They deserve recognition for caring about what they put out and making sure people have the opportunity to get it.
