To answer your question though, there is nothing stopping the Ubermensch from being those things. Zeus was technically a serial killer and a rapist too, and God is basically a serial killer in the bible. Gods across the ages have always done those things without remorse. If the Ubermensch is to be above man at all, he would have to be capable of doing those things without remorse as well.
