Do you even know where can i find translations in serbian for lit recomended greenpill books?
Will reading in english improve my native vocab at all or have any carryover whatsoever?

Most books translated in small local languages are very hard to access for free online. You'll have to hope that your local mid-tier uni has translated them and then buy them physically.
