Is there any Science Fiction swashbuckling stories?

with swordplay and action and daring do?

With the swords usually replaced with lasers and shit, yes

I mean the entire space opera genre is pretty much an excuse for hack authors to write Hornblower stories without actually knowing anything about history or sailing or the real world in general (like writing "science" fiction without knowing anything about science is any better)
