I just finished reading this. I found it highly enjoyable.
It has come to my attention that this book has a reputation of being challenging to read. Why is that? Each part took me 3-4 days to read and I never found it difficult at all.

Congrats, OP. You are on your way to completing the 100% /lit/ approved Meme Tetraology.

Also, it's not considered a difficult read, but one that everyone agrees pretty much requires multiple readings to really grasp what exactly is going on throughout the narrative and therefore the overarching themes as well.

Depends on your definition of comfy
The world it creates is extremely intriguing (it’s basically millions of years in the future) but it also raises infinitely more questions about the world than it answers. Could be frustrating for someone who wants closure for everything that is introduced into a story

do you want to be praised for that or something? great thread on how you read a fairly short book in a fairly short period of time.
