I just finished The Stranger, absolutely loved it, it only took me a couple of hours to rip through. I just couldn't put it down. Now I'm reading Journey to the East by Hermann Hesse but I'm too early in to make comment

I'm reading Infinite Jest. I can't put this book down!

I just got to the part where Gately gets shot...damn, my pulse was pounding .

I've read on here that the last 300 pages or so are the best. Is this true? I have like 360 more to go, so.

Also, I loved the part where Pemulis caught John Wayne with Ms. Incandeza. I laughed at loud about how fucking conniving that dude is. Way to get the upper hand. I'm addicted to this book right now. It was kind of boring for the first 300 pages, but man has it gotten really good. I'm glad I stuck with it.

I just finished Journey to the End of the Night by Celine. One of the best books I've ever read, I cannot stop gushing about how much I loved it.
Tomorrow I pick up Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, his auto-biography, which I'm reading both as an assignment and because somebody on /lit/ recommended it and my History professor said I can do my book review on it when I asked.

Right now I'm reading 1984.

It's a very interesting read. I didn't think much of the people who said "You'll see things differently after reading" but I'm about halfway through it right now and I'm noticing that things are somewhat off...
