Why is this such a ripoff of D&D? I'm okay with writers using preexisting ideas, it's the norm, but this shit is just fucking blatant.

You are an obvious troll, but I raged nevertheless. This book came in the 50's I think, whilst D&D is much newer concept.

One of the best books I've ever read. I love the innocence Vance puts into this masterpiece of his, as much as his overpouring imagination and masterful sense of atmosphere he creates. An amazing book, and to troll about it is close to sacrilege. Fucking die, OP.
