She only has power because she's Curley's wife, this is made clear by the fact that she's only called that and never by her name. She's resigned to the role of being Curley's trophy wife for the rest of her life with no other prospects, which is why she fucks around and uses her sexual power (the only type she has) to get different experiences. She's morally ambiguous since she's manipulative and gets men in danger but is also tragic since there's no purpose for her except to be a sex object. That's why she liked Lennie, she could talk at him unlike the other men.

Who gives a shit. Curley's wife was a thot and all her problems were entirely brought on by herself. There are plenty of women like this irl but this has nothing to do with sexual harassment.
