Start with pic related; or with the Idylls by Theocrit, alternatively. Also, Paradise Lost by Milton is great poetry, and I could understand most of it after some practice (not a native English speaker)

I have spent the last 2 months doing nothing but reading and writing poetry. Lord Byron, Christina Rossetti, Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Emily Dickinson, and Edmund Spenser, John Keats are amazing I don't know why I waited so long to get into poetry. Actually I know exactly why because I was forced to read Wordsworth and W. B. Yeats, those two are awful and I suggest staying away from them, literally put me to sleep, the cure for insomnia.

I got Flowers by David Hamilton for $10 dingo dollars at a used book store. It’s his famous photography on one side and classical poetry on the other. My grandma died 3 years ago and would have loved this book.

Another I want to get full of poetry is the age of innocence but only place I can’t find it is eBay and going to cost around $200 total to get it shipped here and it’s also an outlawed book because here because of sjw feminists so big risk. His best book though. True work of art. I want to get his entire collection.
