Because you have no insight into his intentions with his literary styles. Nietzsche uses parody and seductive writing, he uses the literary medium very intently and you can't just take it at face value as if you're reading his diary. And also, as he was a shy and nice person in real life he put his ballsyness in his writing. He's never angry and castrated, because his rage is never aimed at individuals. He's not bitter, his concern is for human culture, not accusing people.
